Who we are

This website belongs to Preston Reeves Heating & Air, an HVAC company with a head office in Hilliard, FL and a service office on Sunbeam Center Drive in Jacksonville, FL. Full addresses are in the footer of every page. You can reach us at (904) 447-0914.

What we collect

When you call us, we collect what you give us on the call: your name, phone number, address or neighborhood, and a description of the problem. We use it to schedule service, follow up about the job, prepare quotes and keep a record of work done at your address.

Like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. This site does not currently run advertising or analytics tracking scripts.

Phone calls

Calls to our number may be recorded for quality and training purposes where permitted by law. If our schedule is full, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so you can still get help; in that case, the details you give on the call are shared with that provider so they can assist you.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide service, for example with a provider a call is forwarded to, with equipment manufacturers for product registration, with JEA when we file a rebate on your behalf, or when required by law.

Maps

Office maps load from Google Maps only when you click View map. Until then, no map content is requested from Google.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it, by calling (904) 447-0914.
