Coverage by region

The south side, Mandarin and St. Johns County

Our service office sits on Sunbeam Center Drive in Mandarin, so the south side is home ground. Calls from Mandarin and the Southside corridor make up a large share of the work, much of it in subdivisions built through the 1970s and 1980s that are now on their second or third system. Replacements here often mean checking whether the original duct runs can carry the airflow a modern system needs.

Across Julington Creek into Fruit Cove the housing gets newer, and farther east Nocatee's master-planned homes are tight enough that humidity control and fresh-air ventilation come up as often as repairs.

The river neighborhoods

Riverside, Avondale, San Marco and Ortega hold some of the oldest housing in the city. Many homes were built long before central air, so the work here leans toward ductless heads, careful duct routing in shallow attics, and condenser placement that respects the historic district rules on anything visible from the street.

Plaster walls, original hardwood and tight attics mean we plan line set routes and head positions with you before any drilling, and we'd rather recommend a smaller, well-placed system than cut into rooms that don't need it.

The beaches

Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach bring the salt-air problem. Outdoor coils corrode far faster than inland, so coil condition decides a lot of repair-or-replace conversations, and coastal-grade equipment is priced on most replacement quotes. Where we can, we place new condensers on the side of the house sheltered from the ocean wind. Maintenance near the ocean usually includes more coil cleaning than inland visits.

The north end and Nassau County

Our head office in Hilliard puts the north end of the metro and Nassau County within reach. That covers Hilliard and Callahan inland, Yulee, and the island communities of Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island, where salt air and humidity work on outdoor equipment just as they do at the Jacksonville beaches. Inland toward Callahan, larger lots and older package units change the job, with more rooftop-style and ground-level package equipment than in the city.

Clay County and the south coast

To the southwest we cover Orange Park and Middleburg, and down the coast we reach St. Augustine. These calls are booked into the same schedule as the rest of the metro, and the dispatcher will tell you the realistic arrival window for your address when you call.

Two offices

How the two offices split the work

Service calls across the city are dispatched from our service office on Sunbeam Center Drive in Mandarin. The head office on West 1st Street in Hilliard anchors the north end of the metro and Nassau County. Both share one phone number, so you call the same line wherever you are, and the dispatcher routes the call to whichever office can reach you sooner.

Full addresses for both offices are in the footer of every page and on the contact page.

Where coverage ends

Outside these areas

We don't routinely run service routes beyond Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau and Baker counties. If you're just past those lines, call anyway. The dispatcher will tell you honestly whether a technician can reach you in a reasonable time, and if not, will say so rather than book a visit we can't keep.

Commercial work follows the same footprint. For multi-site businesses with locations farther out, we'll talk through which sites we can cover before scheduling anything.
